岗位职责：

1.  面向密码学前沿领域研究，深入理解底层原理；
2. 把握学术领域内密钥安全，多方计算，隐私保护等领域相关的发展趋势；
3. 在掌握有关密码学原理和算法的基础上进行工程实现。

岗位要求：

1. 计算机、数学、密码学，信息安全等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 较强的编程能力，熟悉C/C++、Rust、Go等语言中至少一种；
3. 熟悉现代密码学，对于安全证明，门限签名，多方安全计算，零知识证明中的至少一项有深入了解；
4. 熟悉数论，初等代数，计算理论等内容；
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
6. 对密码学领域有浓厚学习和研究兴趣、学习能力强，能快速吸收、转换行业内的新知识新方案；
7. 英语基础良好，能阅读密码学方向英文论文；

牛津（海南）区块链研究院有限公司，是海南生态软件园和牛津大学大学学院区块链研究中心共建的创新型研究院，是牛津大学大学学院区块链研究中心“姐妹研究院”。研究院目前的科研团队主要由牛津大学，卢森堡大学，瑞士苏黎世理工大学，清华大学，上海交通大学等教授和博士组成。研究院所在的“海南自贸区（港）区块链试验区”, 是目前国内正式授牌的区块链试验区。研究院针对区块链技术突破所面临的耗能、科技监管、稳定性、商业应用的用户培育、交易的安全与效率等问题研究解决方案，同时搭建区块链创新技术服务平台，创新企业孵化平台以及人才培养三大平台。研究院旨在推动区块链技术应用，培育发展千亿新产业，赋能中国新一代信息技术产业。

Oxford (Hainan) Blockchain Research Centre is jointly built by Hainan Resort Software Community and University College Oxford Blockchain Research Centre. The team is composed of professors and doctorates from University of Oxford, Luxembourg University, Zurich University of Technology, Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. The centre is currently located at the "Hainan Free Trade Zone (Port) Blockchain Pilot Zone", an officially licensed blockchain experiment zone in China. The centre focuses on solving problems including the waste of energy, lack of regulation, stability, applications, security and efficiency of transactions to achieve breakthroughs in the blockchain industry. At the same time, the centre will establish three platforms including technology service provider platform, incubation platform and talent cultivation platform. The centre aims to promote the application of blockchain technology, cultivate and develop a new industry that worth billions of ,and empower China's new generation of information technology industry.
